Default Calculated Start Dates Based on Pre-scheduled Meetings

I would like to create a task at the end of my project to review the results with the board. The board meetings are pre-scheduled and only occur once per month. For this reason, if the project slips and you miss a board meeting, you will not be able to make the presentation until the next scheduled board meeting.

I would like to know if there is a way to reference a table of the pre-scheduled board meetings and then set up a task to reference this table. See example below:

Evaluate Savings: Start 1/1/16 Finish 1/5/16
Develop Presentation: Start 1/6/16 Finish 1/9/16
Present to Board: If "Develop Presentation" is finished before 1/10/16, present to board on 1/10/16. If "Develop Presentation" is finished after 1/10/16, present to board in next meeting on 2/11/16.

Thanks!

My suggestion is to create a task calendar where the only working time is the Board meetings scheduled monthly. Assign that task calendar to the "Present to board" task. It will be scheduled only for the schedule you've set in the task calendar.

Do post back if you need further directions on either creating the task calendar or making the assignment of the task calendar to the task.
