I would like to create a task at the end of my project to review the results with the board. The board meetings are pre-scheduled and only occur once per month. For this reason, if the project slips and you miss a board meeting, you will not be able to make the presentation until the next scheduled board meeting.
I would like to know if there is a way to reference a table of the pre-scheduled board meetings and then set up a task to reference this table. See example below: Evaluate Savings: Start 1/1/16 Finish 1/5/16 Develop Presentation: Start 1/6/16 Finish 1/9/16 Present to Board: If "Develop Presentation" is finished before 1/10/16, present to board on 1/10/16. If "Develop Presentation" is finished after 1/10/16, present to board in next meeting on 2/11/16. Thanks! |
