Default Visual reports in days

I am trying to produce visual reports for resource work, but need the output graph in days, not hours.
Tried changing settings to show work in days, but cant get anywhere with it.

Anyone assist with this? thanks all

Sorry - but I think the data is stored in hours. Short of converting the pivot table to formulas and then writing formulas to convert to days, I don't know of a method within Project.

When I change my work is entered in from hours to days (MSProject Pro 2013/File/Options/Schedule) my resource overview report displays days.

True - but the OP is using Visual Reports not the dashboard reports.

Sorry for being tardy with a reply, busy busy

Thanks for the confirmation J, I was fairly sure it wouldnt work that way but hoped there might be a workroud. as it is, I am just setting major axis scale to 8 (working hours/day) and that gives a fair count. It is for reporting, so I can always go back to overwriting it after it is PDF'ed to show days. Not ideal but I only need to do it every couple of weeks, so it could be worse!

And yes, it does need to be VR, its for production of company standard reporting (although I am pushing hard for a change to that). Reporting was devised by people who thought they knew what they wanted, used something they didnt know to get it, and ended up changing what they had to be closer to what they wanted. And still missed
