Hi,

I have to manage a number of projects and some tasks are common to more than one project.

i.e.

Project1 = task1, task2, task3



Project2 = task4, task1, task5

Project3 = task4, task5, task6

How can I share the tasks without duplicating them?

I'm not sure I follow completely. Are task 4 (for example) the exact same task - same dates, same resources? You can create dependencies (Finish to start, Start to Start, etc.) between tasks in different schedules - but you cannot have the same exact task appear in multiple projects.

Can you tell us a bit more about your scenario - we'll try to be more helpful.
