How to use Resource Graph to show task percentge
Hi,
(MS Project 2007 SP3) in normal cases you will use the resource graph to find over allocations and to correct them. I want to use the graph to show my resources (colleges) when they are planned for the different tasks. Please find picture 1. This shows you, what I have so far. Please find picture 2. This I want to have automatically from MS Project. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks in advance! |

Hi Mr. Stone,
Sorry, but I don't believe you can restructure the Resource Graph view to show the assignment data. You may have some luck exporting the timescaled data to Excel, and graphing there - but the resource graph in Project is not going to get you what you need as it only shows resource data, not specific assignment data. |

First of all, thank you Julie.
It is better to have bad news than no news in this case. Meanwhile I upgraded from Microsoft Project 2007 to 2010. In MSP 2010 the view "team planner" is new and I think it is really useful for me (see picture 3). Thank you very much! |

Great. I like the Team Planner too and I'm glad you were able to upgrade to 2010
