Default Different cost rates for resources for different projects linked to the Resource Pool

One central resource pool - six separate sharer plans
Resources are taken from the resource pool however within each project the charge rates vary (have updated via Cost rate table and formulae based on the jobs multiplier). How do I prevent the resource pool updating with the sharer plans different costs?
