Showing how much work is required to complete a project according to summary task start/end times
I have a large schedule that has multiple deadlines for summary tasks.
I want to find out how the minimum amount of people I have to hire for a job to complete it in the timeframe. In other words I want Project to auto-calculate the Max % per Resource. Is Project 2013 capable of doing this? |

No, sorry. You can set the tasks as Fixed Duration - assign the work and Project will calculate assignment units needed to complete the work within the duration - but it will not calculate max. units.
You should not assign resources to summary tasks. |
