Showing how much work is required to complete a project according to summary task start/end times

I have a large schedule that has multiple deadlines for summary tasks.

I want to find out how the minimum amount of people I have to hire for a job to complete it in the timeframe. In other words I want Project to auto-calculate the Max % per Resource.

Is Project 2013 capable of doing this?
