Removing Costs from the Gantt Chart printout
I am new to MS Project. So I am still learning.
But I am trying to find out if I can print off my Gantt chart WITHOUT the resource costs showing. Other than just deleting my resources (which I wouldn't think I'd want to do.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Joe |

Well, I did figure out how to change what shows up on the Gantt chart "BAR". I went into the "Format Bar" and I can change it to the "Resource Initials" instead of "Resource Name". Then I can just show Initials, that has no cost. I will just copy the name into the Initials field in the resource sheet. It's a work around.

I'm guessing you are using Cost resources not work resources. Yes, switching the Gantt to show initials instead of name will work.
