Default Schedule deviation based on teams

Hi everybody,

I'm new to MSOfficeForums and kind of new to Project, however I try to make question as clear as possible.

So basically the problem I have is related to a project template we use. To each task a relevant team or person is ordered.

What I would like to create is a schedule deviation for each team or individual.
I got as far that I have to use baseline, but I could only visualize the total creep. Is there a way group the delays according to values in a column? ie. in my case according to column teams?

Thank you very much for your help!
