Can you please describe what the task "SH Status Health" is, and the difference between it and task "Status"?



I have two tasks that are both yellow in the "SH Status Health" column but in the "Status" column one shows as "On Schedule" but the other one says "Late". This is confusing...

I don't know what the SH Status Health is. It sounds like it may be a custom field? If you hover your mouse over the column heading - does it say TextX or NumberX?

The Status Column is a standard column in Project.

Ah, it is a custom field that has been set up for you on Project Server. You need to check with your Project server administrator to understand the formula behind the custom field.

Usually custom fields are created to show organization specific indicators. They may be based upon Earned Value, or Baseline comparisons.
