Default Creating task view of open tasks

Win XP
MS Project 2010

I am trying to construct a task list that will show any summary task with all of its subordinate tasks if the summary task % Complete is less than 100%. It needs to show all subordinate tasks even if some of them are at 100% complete.

example:
Summary task name 90%
Subordinate task 1 80%
Subordinate task 2 100%
Subordinate task 3 70%

Thanks for any help
