resource type not showing

Hello,


On the resource sheet although i indicated the type of my resource , after assiginging it to an activity, the resource type column in the gannt chart is empty.any ideas why?

also

the assignment units column does not update and remain empty, even if i assign 200% of a resource to a task

The Resource Type column only shows data in the Task Usage view. Same with the assignment units field.
