Default Variable work task

Should I start the post by: Julie? lolll

Hi,

I have a feeling that this is not doable but will still ask:

I have been given the 2015 project slate layed out per month workload. But the workload is non uniform.

So is there a way to enter different work value for each month on a given task?

Hi Patrick,

Sorry for the delay. The work on a single task could vary if:
Resources are not working the entire span of the task. For example Resource1 starts work on Day 1 but Resource 2 & 3 don't start until Day 8.

You can certainly manually edit time-phased work in the Task Usage or Resource usage view.
