How do you shut off/ignore resource leveling
How do you stop project for assigning a % of a resource time when she/he is added to a task?
Don’t care about over allocation as it’s not relevant to what we are doing. Have done it in prior versions but can’t get it to work in MSP 13 Thanks, |

Project has always assigned resources at his/her max units (assuming max units of 100% or less).
If you want to shut off resource leveling, check Leveling Options on the Resource ribbon and ensure it is set to Manual. The other options is to set the resource's max units to a high value (500% or what ever is needed) to stop Project from flagging a resource as overallocated. |
