Hi all
Normally when I set a schedule up with every resource using the same times in their calendars, and I then decide that resource (A) will spend 70% of their time on a 2 day task, and resource (B) will spend 30% of their time on the same task, it does exactly what I would expect and schedules resource (A) to work 0.7 day and resource (B) 0.3 day. However, how do I get it to schedule resource (A) to spend their total available time on the task each day? So = 1 day on the first day and 0.4 on the second?, and resource (B) to spend their total available time (0.6) on the first day, rather than splitting it out so that resource (A) does 0.7 day for 2 days and resource (B) does 0.3 days for 2 days? Thank you Jo |
