As noted, the reports come from the Global.mpt file and are loaded automatically. In your DVS Project Status DRAFT document, Run the Project Overview report. When the report appears, select all the elements (CTRL + A), then press delete to remove all the elements. Save the file. The report will still show in the Dashboard list, but it will contain no data.
