Default Signature of agreement

After finalization of plan, we take signature of project core team members to fulfill their commitments. For this purpose, participant name's are printed separately from MS word.

Is their any option in MS project to print simultaneously with agreed timeline.
See attached file.

Arif

You can turn off the legend (which is of no use if you are just printing the Task Sheet) and then add information to the footer. Click the Page Setup button and increase the bottom margin. Click the Footer tab and enter the lines and names in each section.

I made the set up below pretty quickly.

By this option, matter will print on every page, while this action is done only on last page.

Ah, you didn't state that in your initial post :-). You cannot control what pages footers print on in Project. If the requirement is to only print the agreement on the last page, you'll need to take a screen capture and paste into Word.

Personally - I'd leave it on the bottom of every page in Project and have them sign/initial just the past page.

First I take the print of Gantt chart and then insert the page again in to printer to take the print of project team's name by using MS word.

That sounds like a fine work around.

I missed this one.. but as an alternative, you could print as PDF and then insert the signature line at the bottom. I have had similar instances where I need to place additional info on th eprogramme print (often a drawing of the works area, coded by areas) and found this to be ideal.

If it is something that needs to be done regularly, try making a stamp of the required line (Just create it on word, take a screen snapshot of the area you nees a a .jpg, and most PDF software will let you insert as a stamp). This will let you use it on any programme prints, with a minimum of effort.

Different team members are assigned for different projects.
I will try the 2nd option then will let you inform.

I'd stick with your work around then of overprinting the data from Word.

I'm afraid there is no "proper" solution. Project does not have the built-in capability to change footers on a page by page basis.

I suggested an alternative that you rejected, Guloluseus suggested an alternative that you rejected and you rejected your work around. I'm afraid we're out of solutions. Trust me, if I knew of the "proper" solution I would have already suggested it.

Ms Jullie,

Don't be afraid, I will manage this work as I did earlier (i.e required print out by using MS word)

Regards,
Arif
