I missed this one.. but as an alternative, you could print as PDF and then insert the signature line at the bottom. I have had similar instances where I need to place additional info on th eprogramme print (often a drawing of the works area, coded by areas) and found this to be ideal.



If it is something that needs to be done regularly, try making a stamp of the required line (Just create it on word,take a screen snapshot of the area you nees a a .jpg, and most PDF software will let you insert as a stamp). This will let you use it on any programme prints, with a minimum of effort.

Different team members are assigned for different projects.
