generating visual reports
I had this issue when i had my 2007 version and now I have 2010, i see that it is still there, which may be an IT type of problem but first like to9 check here.
on my project i want to generate a visual cumulative spending report. i go to visual reports, click task usage, and see that there is a cash flow report there, which is the thing i want to see. so i click view. the program says that this opration needs excel 2003 or later to be installed on my machine, which is here. but no report comes up. so I am doing the correct way and it is a technical problemn right? i can still generate my reports by the way... i do it by going to task usage view and taking dates and cumulative costs from there and paste into excel and generate it in excel myself. that is no problem. |

What version of Excel do you have installed? What version of Project? If you are still using 2007 see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2596579
