Hammock task issue
Hi,
What a fantastic site! Hopefully you will be able to help me with a problem I have in MS Project. I have a hammock task in my plan linked to the Project Start milestone and Project Complete milestone. The Hammock task is set to Fixed Work. When I assign 90 days work to this task the start date moves away from project start (project duration is 225 days). I thought that the purpose of hammock tasks was that they didn't behave like this or am I doing something woring? Many Thanks Sara.
