Default BCWP, BCWS show zero

This question has been asked before but the answers that have been given are not solving the problem. All I see in the BCWS and BCWP columns are zeros. Let me forestall some of the usual responses to this complaint:

1) I did create resources with cost rates.
2) I did assign resources to tasks.
3) I did save the baseline.

4) I set the EV method to percent complete for some tasks and physical % complete for others. I entered corresponding values for % complete and physical % complete for each task.
5) I did set a status date in the middle of the project when some tasks should be completed, some partially completed and some not started.
6) I did update the project.
7) I have positive values for Baseline Cost, ACWP, Remaining Cost, Cost Variance, but the BCWS and BCWP columns stubbornly remain zero.

Do you have values in BCWS and BCWP for some tasks and not others? By default Project calculates EV data based upon % complete and Baseline. Do you have SP-1 installed to Project 2013?

I do not have have non-zero values for BCWS or BCWP.
The download site for SP1 takes me to a download for MS Project. How can I get SP1?

So, for clarity - all of your BCWP and BCWS values are zero. You have the status date set to a date where work should have been performed?

What view/table are you looking at?

For SP-1:

Is this a file you can share? Perhaps zip it and store on cloud storage?
