To Do List Report (Project 2007) Displays Completed Tasks
When I run the "To Do List" report (filtered by "Resource Group" or "Resource in a Date Range") it includes the completed tasks.
I want to produce a report that only displays what is not yet complete for a single resource or group of resources. My teams likes the To Do List format so I am using that. I'm running the report from the Gantt Chart view. The project is not baselined. Thanks Susan |

You'll need to create a custom filter to exclude the complete tasks.
The Resource in a Date Range filter can be copied and add another row with an AND condition. Include the criteria of % Complete less than 100. Repeat the process and create a new filter copied from the Resource Group filter. |
