Let's start with the first. The method outlined works very well if I want to know how the resources are divided into several sub-projects. Instead, if I want to see how the hours are divided into several sub-projects, the method has a bug. Infact, this happens when the master file connects the sub-projects that in turn contain other sub-projects: if the master connects the sub-project 1 that contains not only some tasks but also another sub-project 1A, 1B, etc...then the proposed method can to see the hours of the programmed tasks but not those listed in the sub-1A and 1B. How can I see all the hours contained in sub-projects of a master plan's sub-projects? |
