Default How to calculate edays?

Hi 2 all!
I work on a project with just a calendar days and I want edays in duration column.
e.g. if I enter jan 1st as start and feb. 1st as finish, in duration column I want number 31 and it has to be calculated by MSP.
So far i did calculation in excel and write numbers in duration field.

Can't MSP do that math?

Tried with calendar, and all i got is feel like a dumb.

THNX
