I am sort of new to ms project but I've been struggling to get what I feel is some baasic functionality going. What I want to do is look at my project in different "views" each having a different timescale. I am tired of having to change the time scale constantly back and forth to achieve what I'm after.
Is there not a way to save a "view" of a gantt chart so that I can leave the time scale and return to it easily without renetering all the information??? i have tried googling and using help and maybe I just don't know the right terminology but I am coming up empty handed edit: I was using 2007 but just downloaded a trial of 2013 thinking it might be a feature that was missing in the old version. can't find it in either Last edited by oompa_l; 02-06-2014 at 09:12 AM.
