Default multiple instances available?

Just a quick q. With MSP07, I often wanted to open more than 1 instance of Project- usually when I had a new and old version that needed sychronising. The only way to do this was open the programmes in the same instance of project, which was less than useful for what I needed. The only ways around it were either to have 2 computers with Project on and treat them separately, or run MSP through a virtual windows- both a complete pain.

Is it now possible to open multiple instances of Project, or am I stuck with 2 laptops running MSP? Thanks

No change. You can still use the Arrange All command from the View ribbon and then drag the second window to another monitor. However, no multiple copies of Project running.

shame really- one of features I would really like to see. I need to update programmes but see what the existing programme is (if that makes sense)- I guess I could save as a temp measure, then update the original from that... hmmm...
