I am new to this forum and wanted to know if any one of you have used the software called myPM SCG by Midori Media. It's an S-Curve generating excel add-on that computes data and facilitates in creates S-Curves.

My goal is to have a baseline schedule I can compare planned vs. actual and monitor progress vs the plan, ultimately using an S curve.
I am also expecting scope creep and change of plans from some of the scopes on my project. If anyone has been involved in this kind of "project problematic" and the use of S-Curves that would be of great help to exchange on this thread.
