Default Timeline Question

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I am a very experienced scheduler and I will try to participate as much as possible on this forum.

My question concerns using the Timeline functionality in MS Project 2010 or 2013 version:

Can you show status on the timeline? My management really likes the timeline but they would like to see the status on the timeline but I have not figured out a way to this. I do have the "Step by Step MS Project 2013" book but it does not mentioned anything in the book about how to show status on the timeline. Has anybody else tried to this?

Thanks in advance for help anyone can provide ...

Rick,
Master Scheduler at Zodiac Aerospace

No, sorry. The closest you could come would be to take the timeline out to PowerPoint and then edit or include the % completes. In 2013 consider a dashboard that pulls that data in for presentation to management.
