I'm afraid just combining the project files through a master project won't directly accomplish this. Even if the resources are named exactly the same, Project will not recognize them as the same people and will not automatically flag the resources as overallocated.
You will need to create a resource pool file and then share the resources to the individual project files. see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/pr...045303641.aspx |
