I have seen this reported off and on. The fix seems to be to find the executable for Excel (Excel.exe) and copy/paste to the default installation point for Office.

In a standard installation you should find Excel.exe in

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14

paste into:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15
