Default Who Does What, When Report Times

Hi everyone,

Im trying to create a report that shows who does what task and when the task takes place. Naturally I went to the who does what, when report.

My issue is that we are not allowed to issue times outside of the department.

Is there any way of removing the time, or can the reports be exported to excel to allow be to black out the time element?

Thanks for any help
Alex

Hi Alex,
I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by

Are you trying to show the report without the hours in the grid? If so, how are you going to be able to show when a resource is performing the task?

If you just need the resource, the task name and start date/end date consider modifying the Resource usage view and printing just the left side. (table portion).

Please clarify what you are looking for.
