Default Task not rolling up after single task was baselined

I added a single task to my schedule. I set my baseline with the selected task. However the task does not role up to any of the summary tasks.

Under the set baseline options I have tried both Roll up baseline: options but no combination of the options resulted in the baseline % changing..

Sorry, I don't understand.
What baseline% are you referring to?

There are the following baselines fields:
Baseline Start
Baseline Finish
Baseline Work
Baseline Duration
Baseline Costs

The is no Baseline % field.
