Hi,
I'm having a similar error in MSProject 2013. I have tables in my report which on occassion will only show the table outline with the text off (or white). My fix has been to select the table then select DESIGN in TABLE TOOLS. After I select the design the text shows. In the attached graphic both the Milestones Due and Late Tasks table were initially blank (no text - just outline). The Milestones Due table text appeared after selecting the Design in Table Tools. Not sure what is causing this and why it is intermittent.
