Default network diagram, position of boxes

Hello,

In my network diagram, can i adjust the position of the summary boxes and activity boxes as I want such as dragging somewhere may be?

1-it doesnt look as i want as far as the layout of it. i mean there is an activity in 2016 but just because it has only 1 predecessor, it appears in more left position (close to start) than many activities that will take place earlier. so i like to be able to adjust the position.

2-i made the page setup to a bigger paper size and it made it on 1 page only in the preview which is what i wanted but no matter what there is a 2nd page for legends. why are these legends on a 2nd page no matter how much i make my network diagram smaller?

3-isnt there a time scaled logic (network) diagram? in other words, can you not make the network diagram timescaled? i couldnt see it in available viewws. because if there is, this may solve problem of the task in 2016 appearing before the other tasks
