Default Creating Report based on 'Task Summary' and 'Sub Tasks'

Hi All,
I am using 'Indent Task' to create subtasks.

Now I want to create a report based on "Who is doing what", sorted by resource names then start date followed by the duration, finish date and the most important part showing the summary task in front of the subtask to avoid any confusion.
Thanks in advance
Ali
