Change font colour when tasks are completed
How can I format text styles for tasks that are completed (100%)?

I'm afraid only through VBA code could you accomplish this. You can easily change Gantt bars to reflect whether a task is complete - but font faces are only changed either through styles or code.
Usually the code sets the task's Marked field to "yes" and then uses the font styles formatting for marked tasks to change the color. The down side is that you have to remember to run the macro regularly. I hope this helps. Julie |

Thanks Julie. Coding is not for me so I will play around with the Gantt bars as you suggested.
