Default Priview/Print Setup for Project

Assalam-o-Alaikum Friends. I hope all are well doing.

I have prepared a plan for which I have attached a screen shot. My question is that I want to print/show only those months/columns which are in plan not those months/columns which are not included in my Plan. e.g. my project start in the month of July, so I want to show only June at the beginning (empty) then July. In the attachment screen shot, the first 6 months are empty & have covered my print area. I don't want them to be part of my print. Please help me so that I may prepare my plan in best view & way.

I have also attached my Plan in MS Office Project Format. You can check it in Print Preview. Also, you can help me to improve my Project Plan.

Thanks,
Rahmatullah Khattak

Hello Rahmatullah Khattak,

You need to alter your zoom magnification to show only the time period you wish to print.

Right click in the Timescale on the top right of the project plan, and select "Zoom" from the shortcut menu. Select "Entire project" and click OK.

Check Print preview to see if that is better.

I hope this helps.

Julie

It doesn't solve my problem. If you can do it for me, please apply it for the above attachment & attach it back.

What part isn't working? The zoom should change what is printed. You cannot remove the extra months or years from the view -- the timescale will always show from 1984 through 2049.
