Hi, what is the best way to assign a task to a group of individuals e.g. IT team, where any of the resources within that team could pick up the task? The team are also working on other projects so the availability of the resource is not 100%, which will have a direct impact on the time required to complete this particular task for this project? Version of MS Project used: 2003. Many thanks in advance. |
