names on bars
Hi I am using the trial version of project 2010 and having trouble with naming the bars in the Gannt view. I change the settings for bars to show the task name on them but each new task I enter does not have the name on the bar, and I have to manually alter each case. Is there some way of ensuring that all task bars show the task name? Thanks Noel

Have you formatted the Bar Style? Right click in the Gantt chart view and select "Bar Styles" from the shortcut menu. Make the change to the Task bar and you should be all set.
I'd also check that you have installed SP-1 to the trial version. Julie
