Default How to Change/Edit the Bottom Task Area in Office Project 2007?

Assalam-o-Alaikum. I am new here in MS Office Forum. I have viewed it bird like & have found it worthy. I wish it may continue helping the members with the passage of time.

I have a question regarding the Changing/Editing of Down Bottom Task Footer in Office Project 2007 which is encircled in the attachment. Will someone please help me how to do the changes/amendments manually? I have seen some Work Schedules in which friends have changed these fields manually and have also added/deleted some items.

I am waiting for positive solution.

Thanks & Regards,
Rahmatullah Khattak

Welcome to the forum. What you are referring to is the legend in a printed copy of the Gantt chart. The information in the legend is drawn from the Bar Styles definition. With the Gantt chart open in Project, choose Format > Bar Styles to see the list of bar styles that are defined.

If you change the name of the style, it will change the name in the legend. If you place an * before a name, the style will not appear in the legend.

I hope this helps.

Julie
