Did you share the resources from the project "resource sheet" file to the other project files?

Do you have SP-1 installed to Project?

My MS Project version: 14.0.61112.5000
Running on Windows 7 SP1

Well it sounds as if you should be all set. The version you note is SP-1 for Project.

Have you created a master project file? Do you have the pool attached to the master project?

it sounds as though your resource pool file may have some corruption. Does it crash on all projects or can you isolate it to only a few?

If it is only a few, try disconnecting from the pool, save and close the pool and sharer file. Then reconnect.

Julie

Hello,
the file by it self, is not crashing, and if I open any of the project files without the resource sheet, it is fine, but as soon as I open both of them it some times crashes. The same goes if I open the master projecet file and all associated files.
The resource sheet file shows no corruption, at least by it self.

I've done a quick read of the CUs released since SP-1 and do not see any specific errors regarding resource pools. There are some errors regarding master project files.

The crash data seems to show a non-service packed release of Project. Can you please double check that SP-1 is installed with Project? File > Help - and click the link for "Additional Version and Copyright Information."

It may be necessary to re-create the pool file to see if that resolves the error. All project files attached to the pool still exist and are stored in their original location? If you open the pool only and choose Resource tab, Resource pool, Share resources - is there any error?

Hello Julie,
The SP1 is istalled,... I migh reinstall the MS Project to see what happends,...the resource pool is on the same LAN Drive, but in a different folder than the other files.

No error on just the resource sheet.
Regards,
Daniel

I doubt a re-install is going to help. Try first moving the resource file into the same folder as the sharer files, disconnected and reconnect the sharer files.
