Default Visual Reports (custom)

Hello I am tyring to create a custom Visual Report that extracts the following data (using field picker) into a pivot table:

Start Date
Baseline Start
Finish
(and quite a few more)

Anyway once I have selected the fields I require & it creates the Pivot table - none of the above appear in the "pivot table field list"?

However the data does appear if I hover over (with my mouse) the task name.

Can anyone help with - i'm sure - my obvious error?

Many thanks in advance.

Quinton

Hello Quinton,

The data that appears in the pivot table field list are timescaled values such as Work, Baseline Work, Actual Work, etc.

The fields you have selected: Start, Baseline Start, Finish etc are not timescaled -- they are properties of the task and cannot be added to the timescaled portion of the pivot table. You can right click on any task and select "Show properties in Report" to add the values to the left side of the pivot table.

I hope this helps.

Julie
