warning messsage in MS project

Hi ,
When I copy cells from excell into MS Project I am getting the following warning message (attached).... could pls advise me what's that...

How much data are you trying to copy? Does it work if you copy smaller amounts of data? What specifically are you copying -- tasks names, dates?

Have you tried importing instead of copying?
