ketanco is on a distinguished road
Default changing relations

after saving baseline, if you change the relations of some activities, or add or delete activities, what does it mean? is the first baseline not applying anymore because it is not apples to apples anymore? but i still consider that baseline as my baseline, as it has all the dates we wanted.

Changes to task dependencies, inserted task, or deleted tasks will cause variance against the baseline. The baseline still "applies" unless you set a new baseline.

Ensure you have a change management process is place and make sure you have appropriate sign-offs for changes that will affect scope, cost, or timelines.
