Line Graph Overlay
 

I have a few line graphs that display various business stats over the previous year. This can be transferred from excel to ppt, or whatever would be easiest. I would like to create an overlay of some kind for the charts on which I can write down holidays, special events or other factors that could effect the stats. I would like the writing to be written so it can flow up the date matching it, so others reading can have a quick understanding of what is happening at that point.

I hope this makes sense. If not, I'll try to better describe as questions come. Thank you ahead of time.
