Drop down lisr with multiple choices

Using Excel 2013 is it possible to create a drop down list with multiple selections.

For example, and without going into the definitions, I could have the following categories:
Owner/Occupier
Tenant
Landlord
Grazier
Licencee
Agent

I want to create a dropdown list that allows me to enter one or more of these categories. Someone might only be a Landlord - that is simple. But someone might not only be a Landlord, but on another piece of land might be the Owner/Occupier, and is thus both. I do not want to have to create a list with the Combinations listed!

I also want to be able to filter on the list, for example in this case, either under Landlord, or under Owner/Occupier, or under Landlords who are Owner/Occupiers.

Can this be done? If so, how so?

Thanks

Richard

This can't be done with the drop downs created simply with data validation. It can be done with List Box form control. However, you would have to make one for each record so it's not really esthetic.

On the other hand, you might be able to work something using data relationships. I don't think this is available in my Excel but I see you have 2013.

It also may be done using a pivot table.
