Question Converting PPoint to .MOV, loses transitions and effects

Can someone please instruct me on how to convert a PowerPoint to a Movie File, without losing the effects?

When I save it as a movie, and select to keep transitions.. etc.

Also, another problem.. no matter what I do, Quicktime plays it as a Wide Screen, instead of standard aspet ratio as I have it set in PowerPoint..

But all the flashy stuff within the PowerPoint, moving objects, charts, etc.. they don't animate.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you all.
