2007 Powerpoint hyperlinks
I have a strange problem with hyperlinks which does not cross-correlate to other MS Office products (i.e. Word). What happens is the following: when I insert a hyperlink, I copy+paste the URL directly from the browser into the 'Insert Hyperlink' address bar and edit the 'Text to display'. The hyperlink appears with text underlined in the presentation. However, when I try to "follow" the link, with Ctrl+LMB, it won't work.I tried with an existing slide, creating a new slide and editing older slides. I looked at add-ins, macros, security etc. but there is NOTHING I've played with that corrected the problem.
Guys, if someone knows the answer, please throw it my way. I am really getting frustrated |

CTRL Click doesn't work in PowerPoint. In Edit mode you have to RIGHT click and select Open Link.
