Default embedding all elements of powerpoint presentation

I'm trying to make my powerpoint simpler for users by having one document they can click to play powerpoint. However, my powerpoint has music and I packaged all of the elements so there's a file of about 10 items that need to go with the powerpoint so everything works. Is there a simpler solution for ease of use?

Thanks for your help.

Maybe it's not WAV file? In Power Point 2007 you can only embed WAV files, But in Power Point 2010 you can also embed MP3 files.
